We can help you manufacture and fabricate any perforated sheets cut of specific measurements, welded, or bent into odd shapes.
This also includes custom punching to make holes of different sizes in various widths and thicknesses in any pattern and material (Stainless Steel, Brass, Iron, etc.). You can send us the pattern you want us to make and we can deliver you the best quality perforation.
Apart from Perforated Sheet, we are also a leading manufacturer of Stainless Steel Butt Weld Pipe Fittings. We have ready stock of all standard sizes of various butt weld fittings which includes: Forged Flanges, ANSI/ASME Flanges, BS Flanges, DIN Flanges, Buttweld Fittings, Unions, Forged Fittings, Thread Fittings Socket Weld Fittings.

Process
The perforating process converts solid sheet or coil into a material with an array of holes in various patterns which are punched to your specifications.
Patterns
A wide variety of patterns, including round holes, square holes, rectangles, triangles, slots and decorative patterns are all possible.
Hole Size
the arrangement of the holes is widely variable. Hole sizes range from .020” to up to ¾” inch in diameter on our high-speed process, and up to more than three inches on our CNC sectional process.
